Type the acquisition + documentation fees. Add your down payment and trade-in equity as cap cost reductions — both lower your monthly payment.
Type the residual percentage of MSRP (set by the leasing company; typically 60% at 36 mo). Type the money factor (the APR equivalent — divide any quoted APR by 2400 to get MF, e.g. 6% APR = 0.0025 MF).
Choose 24, 36, 39, or 48 months and select annual mileage (typically 12,000 mi/yr). Mileage above the allowance costs $0.20-0.30/mi at lease end — important to consider if you drive more than average.
